My PA, Elizabeth, has been very busy lately taking photos of the sunsets and sunrises. So today, I'm sharing some of her photos with you.. Now, she's self taught and still learning but she's taken to the joys of the lens with a great deal of enthusiasm. Actually I'm hoping to get her to take some pics I might be able to use for some of my own publicity and promotional purposes!!! (What's more, she might let me have them free... Or maybe not!)
Now, mine aren't quite in the same league - I took them on my phone, though I'm seriously considering buying one of those zoom lenses for your phone so I don't need to carry a camera around (mind you, all the cameras are in Mr Nix's office where I can't find them!!)
It feels like 2017 has been the year of driving in the car for me. I've been away probably 30% of the year and I'm away again next week.
But for my lovely overseas followers, I thought I'd share some vision of travelling around with you. These videos were taken yesterday... We travelled about 600miles in 2 days to spend some time with family and sort out a couple of issues. It certainly makes for an interesting time.
We tried to keep them fairly short (and with us being on satellite, uploading large files is a trial!) Most of the vision you'll see was taken on the A3 (New England Highway) and I forgot the name of the highway!! You'll hear me asking Mr Nix the name... I felt like a dill, but anyway.
We were extraordinarily lucky to make it home by 7pm and only saw 2 kangaroos (they can cause a heap of drama on the roads, jumping out in front of cars) so the trip was actually fairly uneventful!
