I love Paranormal Stories. In fact, that's what brought me initially to the world of writing. My first true paranormal was by Sherrilyn Kenyon. Of course, once I started writing, it was the thing that propelled me to try a new genre.
Now, I know I like them Dark so I guess that's where Inheritance Of The Blood came from.
“It’ll be fine, dushka. We need to know as much as possible so we can beat him.”
“I know.” Her words were strangled but she clenched his hand, squeezed once then let go. Christina would have moved away but Vasya caught her close and dragged her back against him. Wordlessly lending her his support.
Inheritance Of The Blood
In this place it was always better not to know.
In the darkness evil waits...
As a young bride Kira was whisked away from everything and everyone she knew, including her new husband and became Christina, an operative of the Displaced Persons Unit.
As the danger grows she sees an opportunity to save her husband Vasya and sister Serina. But nothing is the same. Serina is grown up—married and pregnant.
Vasya too is older and darkly forbidding. Trusting Christina doesn't come easily until a catastrophic event takes place. Now, knowing the truth everything he thought he knew is changed. But at a very high cost.
The four must work together to defeat the Demon, Zuor and the stakes are higher than they imagined and all could be lost.

In this final instalment of the Reunion Series, we follow the journey of Tomi Ito and Gillian Edgemont... a woman betrayed and running from her past. Executing Justice is the final story from the Ito family of the planet Reunion.
Hearing that Gillian had left Reunion shocked him. He’d honestly thought there had been time. How wrong he’d been.
He gazed sightless out over the city before him. It had all been there a mere fingertip away, but he’d vacillated and she’d left. The only woman he’d ever love. It wasn’t right. In fact...
He whirled around, facing the woman who waited anxiously. “Tell me what you know, Iyana.”
“Sir, she left on a shuttle. I believe she is bound for Vega II."
The end game is looming, but whether the last of the Ito family will find his happily ever after is in the balance.
Tomi Ito must deal with the knowledge that the woman he's loved forever, Gillian Edgemont, thinks he's abandoned her in her time of need. But when he's abducted, she's there to help save him.
Gillian is running from the wreck of her life and the unrequited passion she holds for her former boss, Senator Tomi Ito. When he follows her to Vega II so does the danger that's been dogging the Ito family.
As the finale looms, does it include a future for Tomi and Gillian? Or will it all turn to ashes?

So, we're well and truly into the swing of August now. This is a very short story I wrote in 2018 for inclusion into an anthology. When it was done, I decided to self publish it, and pop it out to print as well. It's a sweet Australian Outback story (based very loosely on a locality where we used to live on the Queensland, New South Wales, South Australian border.)
The drink was delivered by a young girl just as Kelly popped her phone back in her bag. "Thanks."
The girl smiled and started to back away as the most good looking man Kelly had ever seen headed in their direction.
"Hey Connor. Congratulations! It must be nice, now that it's official."
